I like your comic. What can I do to support it?
Visit every day, and tell your friends. If you have a website, link to us, and click on the banners if you see something that interests you. Also, a supportive email never hurts.

Your name sounds familiar.. Aren't you...
Yes, I did the "real life" strip, Sit and Spin for over 7 months, from November of 1999 to the end of June of 2000.

Why did you quit Sit and Spin?
A lot of reasons. I was getting to a point in my life where I didn't want it up on display for everyone any longer. Besides, I felt limited artistically and creatively working with real characters. I never felt comfortable exagerating my friends' idiosyncracies. So, I started fresh with new characters, and gave them PLENTY of idiosyncracies!

I want to do an online comic strip. Do you have any advice for me?
GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!!!!! (just kidding.) Well, first of all, get your characters and plot and everything laid out and finalized BEFORE you start making strips. I wish I would have gotten my style down better before I started S&S.. I was able to start CG off with a bit more artistic knowledge, and I think it shows. Head on over to #webcomics on Dalnet on IRC, and meet some of the other webcartoonists. We're a nice bunch, and they can offer you more advice and support. And connections never hurt, that's for sure. Basically, just get into a groove where you really feel comfortable with what you're doing, and make sure you're doing it because you love it. After you're ready to get some comics onto the web, be sure to head on over to keenspace, a free web-host for comic strips.

Where'd you get those fonts from?
The title font is a PC font called "Chelsea Studios," but I don't remember where I got it from. A web search would probably do it. The comic font that I use, along with a lot of other comic fonts and such are here: http://piekosarts.com/blambotfonts/.
